Zoho application Requirements

Design an application on Zoho considering the following situation.

Situation:

People of Kharagpur are fed up with their taxi services. There is no complaint mechanism
available for the customers to lodge complains against the cab drivers or the cab service in
general .Mr.Taxi cab services company, plans to start a customer complaint mechanism to track
the customer grievances and hence to improve on their offerings.

The customer grievance mechanism should consists of the following reuirements.

Requirements:

1) A home page explaining the portal and the services being offered.

2) Company needs the detail of the customer which include his name, email id & complaint
details while registering for the complaint . The customer should tell about the nature of
complain After registering the customer should get an email with relevant complain number.

2)Now the customer should be able to track his application by entering his complaint
number. He should know what is the current status of his complaint.

3)Customer should also have the provision for providing the feedback. After receiving the
service ,he should explain his satisfaction level about the service he serviced .

4) customer also need to get the update manual for filling form.

5) Customer also need to know the contact details of the agency.
